While I do make every effort to ensure your quilt is quilted to perfection, very occasionally mistakes happen. I do my very best to make sure your quilt turns out beautifully. There may be times when the end result isn't quite what you had in mind, but we cannot be held responsible for expectations that have not been communicated clearly.

There are also extremely rare instances when longarm machines malfunction and damage quilts, but I will let you know immediately if there is a problem and possible solutions on how to make it right. I appreciate your understanding.

One more note on pricing: your total is calculated automatically based on your quilt's measurements and chosen pantograph tier. Every so often, that calculation comes in under my $40 minimum for longarm quilting services. If that happens with your order, I'll reach out before starting any work to let you know and collect the difference or talk about other options — nothing begins until we're squared away.
